Goods and services
This site allows users to apply for the goods and services provided by CSM Safety Services Pty Ltd.
Orders recieved will be processed by CSM Safety Services' staff. Delivery by email, post and/or courier services (as appropriate) is expected within 5 working days of the receipt of the customer's order.
Refunds
Refunds will be made when CSM Safety Services cannot process the order to the customer's satisfaction. Refunds will be made by cheque, payable to the customer and posted to the customer's postal address recorded on the order.
Consumer data policy
This site retains information about the customer and the goods and services ordered for CSM Safety Servies' own internal purposes. This information will not be released to other third party organisations. CSM Safety Service does not keep credit card or other electronic payment information. Credit card and other electronic payment information transmission is entirely provided by the company's bank and the online merchant banking facility.
The IP (Internet protocol) address of your computer is recorded when you make a credit card payment.
This site requires the use of cookies on your computer workstation. These cookies contain a session identifier used internally by the site to enable continuity between page refreshes.
Security Policy
When purchasing from CSM Safety Services Pty Ltd, your financial details are passed through our secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology and it is again encrypted using encryption algorithm which is at least 64-bit. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion, trillion years to break.
